Salsette 27 comprises of two 57-storey Residential Towers located at Byculla. Des-igned for high-end luxury living and sophi-sticated urbanites. The towers are delicat-ely conceived in a clean linear language to create a modern and timeless look. Comprising two- and three- bedroom apar-tments, both towers house more than 512 apartments, including duplex and penthouse suites. Units offer generous living spaces and sweeping views of Mumbai’s west coast and the city’s sky-line, complemented by communal ameniti-es such as a rooftop pavilion and health club at the podium level.
Salsette 27 is a BIM based project on a work sharing platform between the Architect, Structure and MEP consultants in-order to achieve optimum co-ordination level for smooth construct-ion on Site.
