A 437,000 SQ.M IT Park SEZ on a 45 acre site at Khopoli was to be developed for Modern India Ltd. The project encompassed developing the master plan and architecture, with related Interiors. The design was informed by resonating the emerging buildings with the wave like array of the surrounding hills of the Western Ghats.
Other facilities included a hotel, 100 bed hospital, entertainment centre, retail shopping centre and hostels.
SCA were joined in the planning for this project with Surbana International (Singapore).
