Client: M/s. Terene Fibres India Pvt. Ltd.
Site: Navi Mumbai
Area: 135 Acres
Year: 2000 – 2001

The Project emerged out of Reliance’s requirement to shift their Center of Operations and their new Infocomm business and its operations a total of some 170,000 SQ.M of buildings, to their existing minimally developed 135 acre TFIL campus.

A preliminary Master Plan for the entire 135 acre site locates the various facilities, utilities, roads, gates, etc. Out of this totality, comprehensive and detailed design inputs were provided for the 93000 SQ.M of built up at the 30 acre campus dedicated to Reliance Infocomm, which emerged as a part of this master plan.

The spatial requirements of the Infocomm campus included the HQ, other business offices, software development zones, training facilities, business centers, server farms, call centers, food courts and its allied utilities etc providing for over 12,000 personnel.

Rather than create mega blocks, the company accepted our proposal to spread the development across a pedestrians only campus, with 10 low rise buildings, structured around two landscaped plazas. Vehicular movement was restricted to the periphery, and facilitated by electric shuttle carts.
