Is a work in progress, the Project is for the Residences flanking the Race Course. EQUUS. The play, explores the relationship between a young man and his equine companion, using this theme as the point of departure, we are in the process of developing design solutions that strip the emerging forms down to their essential core and then begin a series of overlays that seek to understand, accrue and express the nature of this exchange.
The Project itself offers eighteen levels of exclusive residents each over 5000 Sqft, designed in detail to cater to the gracious lifestyles of their prospective clientele. The two towers will together raise a community space that along with the adjacent pool and spa, will engage in a dialogue with the Race Course and its environs, across the green.
